This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and maintain ongoing relationships at the corporate headquarters of Health Systems.
β’ Lead and support the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at identifying new Health Systems.
β’ Act as a product specialist, offering insights and advice on emerging industry trends.
β’ Oversee the national or regional rollout and launch of strategic agreements with Health Systems.
β’ Provide coaching and strategic direction to local Meridian Account Executives.
β’ Conduct Quarterly and Semi-annual Business Reviews with contracted Health Systems.
β’ Manage and report on the quarterly performance and compliance of contracts and agreements.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science is required.
β’ Proven experience working with National Reference Labs, Health Systems, and both Regional and National Accounts.
β’ 6-8 years of sales experience or a similar background in the laboratory and/or diagnostics sector.
β’ Previous experience in Sales Management or Sales matrix leadership is required.
β’ A demonstrated history of successfully closing agreements and contracts with Health Systems.
β’ Role focused on managing Health Systems.
β’ Responsibility for the management and growth of key account revenue.
β’ Opportunity to develop and maintain strategic relationships with health systems.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews aimed at identifying ongoing growth opportunities.
