This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Surpassing your annual target for acquiring new Bend health partners.
• Motivating senior leaders at prominent companies to prioritize mental health as a critical issue.
• Independently identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with key Bend and Lyra lead generation partners.
• Informing partner leadership about the US mental health care landscape and the benefits offered by Bend.
• Discovering effective methods to convey Bend’s unique value proposition through verbal, written, and quantitative means.
• Successfully negotiating with medical directors, administrators, and executives in network contracting, finance, and procurement.
• Diligently tracking your deal progress to provide Bend with essential data for business growth.
• Working closely with Bend and Lyra’s Customer Success team to facilitate successful implementations and ongoing client management.
• Continuously nurturing relationships with contracted health systems to enhance referral volume and expand the range of covered and referred services.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in directly selling to health systems or working as a consultant with health systems.
• Demonstrates tenacity and persistence in all endeavors.
• Proficient negotiator regarding business contract terms.
• Eager to gain a deeper understanding of the US healthcare system.
• Strong passion for mental health advocacy.
• Intellectually inquisitive and curious.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative skills with a penchant for analyzing data to uncover insights.
• Open to traveling up to 40% of the time.
