Health System Partnerships Director

Posted Jul 27

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of health system partnerships from start to finish, ensuring accountability for growth objectives, partner satisfaction, and fulfillment of contractual commitments.

• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with CMO, CFO, and operational leaders in partner health systems, adeptly navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Promote expansion within current accounts by pinpointing opportunities to broaden Cadence's presence - including new service lines, additional patient demographics, and enhanced clinical integration.

• Act as the primary internal advocate for your partners, articulating health system needs into distinct priorities for product, clinical operations, and implementation teams.

• Establish and monitor key metrics that are significant to your partners - such as cost of care reduction, quality outcomes, and patient engagement - utilizing them to underpin renewal and growth discussions.

• Create repeatable processes for account planning, executive business reviews, and partner escalation to facilitate Cadence's efficient scaling across an expanding health system portfolio.

• Represent Cadence at industry events, partner locations, and executive forums, presenting clinical and financial proof points in settings where decisions regarding chronic care infrastructure are made.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in health system partnerships, enterprise account management, or health system sales, with a proven history of enhancing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate large health systems, forging relationships across the C-suite, clinical leadership, and operational layers simultaneously.

• Experience in owning commercial growth targets and executing expansions within existing accounts, rather than merely focusing on retention.

• Strong project management skills - capable of managing parallel workstreams across multiple partners without losing oversight of any.

• Capacity to develop scalable processes and systems for account planning, QBRs, and executive engagement that can be replicated as the portfolio expands.

• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally - typically once or twice a month - for partner site visits, industry events, and internal planning sessions.

• Proficiency with AI research and productivity tools, along with the ability to critically evaluate AI-driven insights, distinguishing valuable information from irrelevant noise in a rapidly evolving information landscape.
