This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of health system partnerships from start to finish, ensuring accountability for growth objectives, partner satisfaction, and fulfillment of contractual commitments.
• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with CMO, CFO, and operational leaders in partner health systems, adeptly navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Act as the primary internal advocate for your partners, articulating health system needs into distinct priorities for product, clinical operations, and implementation teams.

• Create repeatable processes for account planning, executive business reviews, and partner escalation to facilitate Cadence's efficient scaling across an expanding health system portfolio.
• Represent Cadence at industry events, partner locations, and executive forums, presenting clinical and financial proof points in settings where decisions regarding chronic care infrastructure are made.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in health system partnerships, enterprise account management, or health system sales, with a proven history of enhancing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large health systems, forging relationships across the C-suite, clinical leadership, and operational layers simultaneously.
