This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Serve as the driving force for commercial growth and delivery within our health system accounts.
• Collaborate closely with a Health Systems Account Executive to effectively launch, penetrate, and rapidly scale these relationships on a national level.
• Develop market strategies, drive adoption outcomes, and take ownership of expansion results for these significant partnerships.
• Foster strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders by establishing credibility within the organization.
• Oversee demand generation and enablement initiatives throughout local clinics.
• Transform complex performance trends into concise and impactful business review narratives.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in health system account management, healthcare strategy & analytics, commercial operations, partner support, provider growth, health system strategic planning, or healthcare business development.
• Intermediate data literacy, proficient with Salesforce reporting, Slides, Google Sheets, and/or business intelligence tools (such as Looker) to effectively organize, manipulate, and interpret performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in presenting data narratives and conducting meetings with healthcare administrative leaders, service line directors, corporate partners, or clinical stakeholders.
• Proven success in managing and expanding complex healthcare partnerships—enhancing workflows, provider referral dynamics, or strategic growth initiatives.
• A solid track record of owning and surpassing numerical growth goals, referral velocity targets, or portfolio revenue metrics. You possess a true commercial owner mindset and have experience in translating operational pipeline improvements into volume and top-line growth.
• Willingness to travel 25% to designated health system locations to facilitate high-impact partner meetings, deliver on-site clinic enablement sessions, and conduct executive growth reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key administrative and clinical stakeholders.
