• Leading the Food is Health initiative

• Supervising strategic planning and program execution

• Overseeing the Fresh Food Farmacy initiative

• Leveraging data to inform decision-making and showcase program effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare-related field (Required)

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience (Required)

• Experience in fundraising

• Proficient in group problem-solving

• Strong leadership skills

• Capable of managing projects and functions

• Excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with the Waterfall Model

• Ability to work independently
