This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the executive liaison among the client, Impact Advisors, Oracle Health, and all associated third-party vendors.
• Set up and manage the Executive War Room cadence with clearly defined decision rights, escalation channels, and 48-hour decision SLAs.
• Ensure executive alignment regarding scope, timeline, and operational readiness.
• Oversee the creation and approval of the Client Playbook.
• Promote the adoption of standards throughout all design and build initiatives.
• Mitigate redesign churn by managing scope changes through formal executive change control processes.
• Produce and establish the integrated EHR Transition Project Plan, which includes timelines, staffing models, RACI, migration roadmap, cutover plan, and stabilization strategy.
• Monitor all milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with transparency at the executive level.
• Guarantee that infrastructure, security, build, testing, training, and go-live readiness milestones are achieved.
• Manage the entire data migration lifecycle, including scope definition, mock migrations, validation cycles, reconciliation processes, and final cutover execution.
• Direct the design and implementation of a comprehensive Cutover Plan encompassing MRN conversion, census re-banding, pharmacy med-rec, interfaces, downtime/uptime recovery, and charge conversion.
• Establish and operate the Revenue Integrity Command Center to aid go-live stabilization.
• Track DNFB, charge lag, interface failures, late charges, and cash-flow risks.
• Oversee clinical safety controls, including validation checkpoints for Blood Bank, Lab, and Pharmacy at the executive level.
• Develop and maintain the inventory of third-party applications and interfaces.
• Implement vendor readiness plans and ensure compliance with contractual milestones.
• Confirm that all third-party vendors complete dress rehearsals and attest to go-live readiness.
• Ensure training environments are prepared and that adoption targets (≥80% trained pre-go-live) are met.
• Coordinate operational backfill strategies to ensure SME availability is protected.
• Lead the stabilization milestones for revenue and clinical safety at +30 and +60 days post-go-live.
• Provide final executive readiness and stabilization sign-off packages.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
