• Directs the complete product lifecycle, encompassing concept and feasibility, development, launch, and performance assessment.
• Works in partnership with leadership, Performance Excellence, and cross-functional teams to ensure product viability.
• Creates and oversees detailed product plans, including cost-benefit analyses, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Organizes and leads multidisciplinary teams to evaluate market opportunities, ascertain financial feasibility, and assess sales potential.
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies, including mobile applications, social media, and SEO/SEM.
• Actively participates in and leads cross-functional initiatives that align with Product Development objectives.
• Assesses and incorporates data to guide lifecycle decisions and promote continuous enhancement.
• Develops tools for competitive intelligence to evaluate the market positioning of Sanford Health Plan and Sanford Health System products.
• Merges multiple intricate business cases into a unified product portfolio strategy.
• Facilitates stakeholder engagement throughout the product development lifecycle.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five to ten years of pertinent experience in healthcare and/or consumer product marketing, with a focus on product management and strategy development.
