Health Plan Product Manager – Medicare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees the complete product lifecycle, starting from concept and feasibility assessments to development, launch, and performance analysis.

• Works in collaboration with leadership, Performance Excellence, and interdisciplinary teams to confirm product feasibility.

• Creates and manages detailed product plans that encompass cost-benefit analyses, budgets, timelines, and work schedules.

• Organizes and directs multidisciplinary teams to evaluate market opportunities and assess financial viability.

• Maintains an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies, including mobile applications, social media, and SEO/SEM practices.

• Engages in and leads cross-functional projects that align with Product Development objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A minimum of five to ten years of pertinent experience in healthcare and/or consumer product marketing, focusing on product management and strategy development is required.
