This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish strong daily connections that inspire students, keeping them engaged, recognized, and thriving, transforming potential drop-offs into significant breakthroughs through compassionate, proactive outreach.
β’ Support learners in navigating the curriculum with enthusiasm and clarity, reinforcing essential concepts and assisting them in mastering the material.
β’ Monitor student engagement and progress with meticulous care; identify struggling or disengaged students promptly and implement timely, personalized interventions that reignite their momentum.
β’ Provide prompt grading and impactful, constructive feedback that reinforces learning, acknowledges growth, fosters self-efficacy, and empowers students to tackle challenges with confidence.
β’ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field (mandatory).
β’ Teacher certification alongside an approved teacher preparation program (mandatory).
β’ Capability to secure certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and additional states as assigned (mandatory).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
β’ At least 2 years of online teaching experience (preferred).
β’ Ability to successfully pass required background checks (mandatory).
