This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Health Outcomes Liaison engages effectively in scientific discussions about value strategies with decision makers, physicians, and ancillary healthcare professionals regarding both current and future therapies being developed or commercialized by Cristcot.
• Inform population-based decision makers about health economic data and product value.
• Collaborate with healthcare and access stakeholders in clinical, scientific, and health economic exchanges.
• Develop HEOR and RWE strategies that align with business and patient needs to create a compelling value proposition that promotes optimal access and utilization of Cristcot products.
• Contribute insights to health economics and outcomes research strategies, as well as timelines, in collaboration with medical affairs, marketing, managed markets, and value and access teams.
• Coordinate and guide the communication strategies, content, and tools for product-specific health economic and outcomes value propositions.
• Enhance Cristcot’s reputation as a credible and transparent contributor to the assessment and optimal use of healthcare resources, while advocating for patient access to suitable therapeutic alternatives.
• Stay updated on current methodological, clinical practice, and professional guidelines relevant to health economics and outcomes to ensure the appropriate and optimal conduct of research and evaluations.
• Travel to national and international meetings and conferences to support business objectives.
• Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in health services research, public health, epidemiology, statistics, health economics, or a clinical discipline.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Outcomes Research/Epidemiological Research/Health Economics, either within the biopharmaceutical industry or in provider/payer organizations.
• Proven applied research experience in conducting studies related to health economics, health-related quality of life, and/or health services research.
• Experience in analyzing and gathering patient-reported outcomes, claims, and EMR databases.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in designing and executing HEOR studies, including writing protocols and analytic plans for both prospective and retrospective studies.
• Application of health economic models for product value assessment and comparison purposes.
• Knowledge of survey design and the use of psychometric tools for data collection and clinical outcome assessments.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and peers.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored to a diverse range of audiences.
• Demonstrated strategic and conceptual abilities to create innovative approaches for showcasing product value and differentiation.
• Prior experience in gastroenterology and ulcerative colitis is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically, some of which may require overnight stays.
