This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized virtual coaching centered on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits.

• Create customized care plans along with measurable wellness objectives.

• Encourage and assist members in achieving lasting behavioral changes.

• Record coaching sessions, including progress and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care.

• Keep updated on nutrition science, coaching methods, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential is mandatory.

• State dietitian licensure as required, with a readiness to acquire additional state licenses if necessary; CVS will cover associated costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management nutritional therapy, and behavior change.

• Excellent skills in motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship building.

• Familiarity with telehealth and digital health platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various technological tools.
