This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a technologically advanced setting
• Addressing general inquiries related to insurance, financial assistance, and payment processing
• Making and receiving calls to resolve billing and payment concerns
• Responding to information requests from patients and account holders
• Taking action to secure payment or establish payment arrangements on behalf of the client
• Adhering to client-specific protocols and policies
• Investigating and addressing client inquiries
• Recording and overseeing payment arrangements
• Complying with all relevant FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and applicable laws
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
• Preferred knowledge or experience in medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, and/or healthcare administration
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Demonstrates adaptability in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday shifts
• Bilingual candidates will offer additional support for bilingual calls
