β’ Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a technologically advanced setting
β’ Addressing general inquiries related to insurance, financial assistance, and payment processing
β’ Making and receiving calls to resolve billing and payment concerns
β’ Responding to information requests from patients and account holders
β’ Taking action to secure payment or establish payment arrangements on behalf of the client
β’ Adhering to client-specific protocols and policies
β’ Investigating and addressing client inquiries
β’ Recording and overseeing payment arrangements
β’ Complying with all relevant FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and applicable laws
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
β’ Preferred knowledge or experience in medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, and/or healthcare administration
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
β’ Strong organizational skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
β’ Demonstrates adaptability in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday shifts
β’ Bilingual candidates will offer additional support for bilingual calls
