This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the training database/software and generate reports on training metrics.
• Collaborate with business managers across the UK regarding general training needs as well as those specific to individual locations.
• Manage the engagement of third-party training organizations when necessary.
• Create and deliver on-site training sessions (e.g., Manual Handling training).
• Assist all divisions in facilitating induction training for new employees relevant to their positions.
• Support the Health & Safety Team by providing on-site assistance as needed.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with both individuals and groups.
• Proficient in delivering training programs to audiences of various sizes, whether in-person or via online platforms.
• Willingness to travel and dedicate a considerable portion of the workweek away from home.
• Possession of a full, clean Driving Licence.
• Eagerness to pursue further qualifications in Health & Safety and training delivery.
• Proficient in IT, including high-level use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Qualification in Health & Safety (such as IOSH, ROSPA, NEBOSH Cert) is desirable.
• Experience in Health & Safety (including as a Safety Representative) is desirable.
• Background in Environmental/Sustainability Practices is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in training delivery is desirable.
