This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance revenue growth within designated territories or industries.

• Identify, assess, and pursue new business prospects in mid-market and enterprise sectors.

• Oversee comprehensive sales processes, encompassing discovery, solution presentation, proposal formulation, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, implementation, HR consulting, and leadership) to provide cohesive client solutions.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with client executives, including those in HR, Benefits, and Finance leadership roles.

• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights on trends in health administration, compliance, and employee benefits.

• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations customized to meet client requirements.

• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates to facilitate business planning and reporting.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting health administration services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR services, benefits administration, healthcare, or consulting.

• Proven track record of successfully selling complex, multi-service solutions to enterprise or large mid-market clients.

• In-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefits, ACA compliance, and/or HR outsourcing solutions.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to navigate intricate organizations and influence senior decision-makers.

• Proven experience managing lengthy sales cycles and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and best practices for pipeline management.
