This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Talent Acquisition: Identify exceptional candidates on LinkedIn, OLJ, Facebook groups, and various other platforms. Utilize effective search techniques and tools to uncover hidden talent. Create robust talent pools for current and future opportunities.

• Outreach & Communication: Craft friendly and clear outreach messages to potential candidates. Follow up with individuals who express interest. Maintain organized records of responses and conversations.

• Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screening to assess skills, attitude, and cultural fit. Forward strong candidates to the Recruiter for interviews. Keep notes and summaries well-organized and up-to-date.

• Market Analysis: Research competitor companies to identify optimal talent sources. Track the origins of top candidates. Recommend new sourcing channels and strategies.

• Reporting & Monitoring: Update trackers for outreach efforts, responses, and candidate pipelines. Provide weekly sourcing metrics to HR/Recruitment. Assist in evaluating targeting effectiveness and outreach success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient sourcing skills on LinkedIn, OLJ, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Strong command of English for effective messaging and communication with candidates.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage and track tasks efficiently.

• Comfortable reaching out to a large number of individuals daily.

• Creative in discovering innovative methods for talent acquisition.

• Preferred: Experience in headhunting, recruiting, or talent sourcing.

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.

• Experience in property management or real estate recruitment is advantageous.
