Head of Viral Social, UGC & Clippers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive the Viral Socials initiative at AIOS, taking charge of the system that transforms user-generated content (UGC) into consistently viral outreach.

• Create a replicable virality engine for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and channels led by creators.

• Oversee the complete UGC virality process from start to finish: sourcing creators, ensuring output quality, and optimizing the publishing schedule.

• Develop feedback loops that connect content creation, distribution, and performance, allowing for rapid testing of hooks and formats.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Performance teams to convert social media into a scalable acquisition channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media, UGC, creator marketing, or viral content within high-growth brands or startups.

• An instinctive grasp of hooks, pacing, retention, captions, relatability, controversy, and platform-specific behaviors.

• A strong focus on performance, with a commitment to continually testing creators, hooks, formats, posting strategies, and distribution channels.

• Proficient in sourcing creators, effectively briefing them, managing deliverables, and providing actionable feedback.

• Operate with a founder’s mentality, actively seeking opportunities, acting swiftly, and treating all social channels as growth engines.

• Ability to balance execution with a strategic long-term vision.

• Knowledgeable about virality in health and weight-loss content while adhering to brand standards.
