Head of Video Sales – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Video in the EMEA region.

• Ensure effective execution across various markets while aligning with global objectives.

• Lead and nurture the regional Video sales team throughout South, Central, and North EMEA, including the TSC team across the region.

• Propel revenue growth, enhance pipeline, ensure execution, and foster partner development.

• Fortify the partner ecosystem throughout EMEA.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, global GTM, and stakeholders in the Video Business Unit.

• Transform strategy into tangible commercial outcomes and customer impact.

• Report directly to the SVP of Global Channel & Sales Operations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the video, AV, or UC&C sectors.

• Proven commercial leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in business development, pipeline creation, and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong background in driving new business initiatives, pipeline development, and revenue enhancement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic partnerships, particularly within Microsoft and Zoom ecosystems.

• Experience collaborating with channel partners, integrators, and reseller networks.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A commercial outlook combined with a solid technical understanding.

• Experience in operating within a global, matrixed organization.
