This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Serve as a dynamic leader in mobile acquisition;
• Create and execute a holistic marketing strategy;
• Foster and motivate effective cross-functional teamwork;
• Guide and expand a diverse team of 5 or more specialists;
• Propel market share growth through international expansion;
• Manage marketing budgets for both core and emerging markets;
• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role with management of a monthly marketing budget exceeding $1M;
• Proven track record in mobile app promotion within Tier 1 markets;
• In-depth understanding of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, etc.;
• Acquainted with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks;
• Possess a data-driven mindset with a strong inclination to analyze and enhance acquisition performance;
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, etc.;
• Background in managing marketing for multiple apps/products concurrently;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English at B2 level or higher;
