Head of Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• **Desk Architecture**: Create workflows, tools, and controls from inception.

• **Strategy Execution**: Design and implement liquidity-provision, arbitrage, and market-making algorithms.

• **Capital Management**: Manage over $20M in stablecoins, focusing on optimizing deployment for return on investment and minimizing slippage.

• **Risk & P&L**: Develop real-time monitoring systems, risk frameworks, and P&L attribution methodologies.

• **Integration**: Collaborate with engineering teams to link APIs, smart contracts, and on-chain data.

• **Team Leadership**: Recruit, guide, and oversee traders and analysts.

• **Reporting**: Provide clear performance updates to leadership and limited partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a proprietary or institutional trading environment (crypto experience preferred).

• Demonstrated success in arbitrage or liquidity provision.

• Extensive knowledge of DeFi/AMM and expertise in on-chain execution.

• Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar pools.
