Head of TikTok Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily interactions with our internal outreach team, ensuring they achieve over 70 LIVE hours each month, facilitate creator campaigns, and optimize the shop.

• Analyze LIVE performance metrics and offer strategic guidance to enhance GMV.

• Coordinate the shipment of product samples, monitor inventory levels, and align promotional calendars with various teams.

• Establish and oversee an internal creator outreach team tasked with recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partnerships.

• Create tiered affiliate commission structures and incentive programs that promote sustainable growth.

• Supervise content creation processes from initial concepts to final publishing.

• Manage TikTok Seller Center operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotional setups, and shop health assessments.

• Recruit, hire, and lead the internal TikTok Shop team, which includes outreach specialists, content coordinators, and community managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in managing TikTok Shop for a brand or agency that generates substantial GMV.

• Demonstrated success in increasing TikTok Shop revenue through affiliate programs and collaborations with creators.

• Extensive knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, affiliate management systems, and analytical tools for the platform.

• Proven experience in managing and developing creator/affiliate outreach teams.

• Strong grasp of content performance metrics and the elements that contribute to viral, shoppable content.

• Background in collaborating with agencies and ensuring accountability from external partners.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to engage creators, manage teams, and deliver presentations to leadership.
