This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the central narrative regarding healthcare autonomy, articulating the transition from human-dependent healthcare administration expenditures to autonomous software and Innovaccer’s architecture and maturity in autonomy.
• Update narrative proof points, which include workflow statistics, model benchmarks, and customer outcomes, while preserving a cohesive underlying argument.
• Manage analyst positioning, competitive messaging, and claims, along with conducting research on the healthcare AI market and category narrative.
• Directly brief industry analysts at the category level.
• Establish the messaging framework for the category that is shared among Gravity, Atlas, Galaxy, and Flow.
• Collaborate with the Heads of Marketing for each solution through dotted-line relationships to ensure alignment and address any messaging inconsistencies.
• Maintain a consistent central narrative and category framework across PR, LinkedIn, blogs, the website, and internal communications.
• Partner with PR, Content, and Analyst Relations teams without managing their headcount.
• Represent Innovaccer’s category perspective through bylines, speaking engagements, and narratives targeted at analysts.
• Identify category-level arguments to ensure a unified public viewpoint.
• Facilitate a regular forum with the four Heads of Marketing and collaboratively address any messaging inconsistencies.
• Over 10 years of experience in category marketing, communications, or thought leadership.
• Preferably experienced in healthcare technology, healthcare IT, or enterprise AI.
• Proven track record in constructing and defending a category-level narrative.
• Direct experience in briefing industry analysts, including KLAS, Gartner, Forrester, or similar organizations.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare AI and automation.
• Deep understanding of the operational and administrative cost structure within U.S. healthcare.
• Capability to influence senior strategic peers without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable representing the company externally through media, analysts, and speaking opportunities.
• Ability to create a shared framework internally.
• Capacity to think at a category level while staying rooted in defensible claims about individual products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving, category-defining organization.
