This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Integrate engineering principles with digital strategies to establish a content operation that empowers SMEs to address challenges and make informed decisions.

• Serve as the product owner for our content, determining the optimal formats to address customer issues and evaluating content effectiveness.

• Guarantee that Tameson serves as the authoritative source for our products across Google, LLMs, and human users in SMBs.

• Detect shortcomings in our current methodologies and implement enhancements that yield significant impact.

• Generate distinctive value that cannot be replicated by competitors or AI models, creating proprietary resources like physical product benchmarks and comprehensive technical diagrams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Engineering Expertise: You possess a background in engineering, extensive experience in technical sectors, and can clearly articulate the physics behind our products.

• AI-Driven Creator: You utilize AI tools to design and manage content workflows, going beyond mere text drafting. You have developed automated or semi-automated pipelines from the ground up, crafted the workflow, selected the tools, and take ownership of the output. You have not merely operated within an existing system.

• Results-Oriented: You focus on outcomes (traffic, conversion, revenue) rather than output (article or word count). You oversee the roadmap and deliver comprehensive results.

• Collaborative Investigator: You thrive in teamwork, actively collaborating with our Product and Operations teams to leverage their internal expertise. You work alongside them to transform their knowledge into public-facing content that distinguishes us from the competition.

• Adaptable Creator: You are adept at shifting formats and can seamlessly work on various tasks such as writing a white paper, designing calculator logic, auditing category pages, and creating dashboards for result analysis within a single week.
