Head of Strategic and Creative Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the department and set project budgets for a team of 30 individuals.

• Serve as the facilitator for creative brainstorming sessions.

• Design and implement a creative vision that enhances our educational offerings.

• Guide and manage a diverse team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, instructional designers, editors, and multimedia experts.

• Develop and uphold procedures to guarantee that all materials are consistently on-brand and optimized for conversions.

• Supervise the creation and implementation of all creative materials across multiple platforms.

• Establish and oversee budgets for creative initiatives and act as the primary liaison for external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.

• Produce outstanding, well-crafted content and visual designs that fulfill stakeholder expectations.

• Leverage performance metrics and data-driven insights to enhance advertising creatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative leadership (preferably in EdTech), with a demonstrated history of managing medium-sized teams within a hyper-growth setting.

• Proven ability to adapt design, messaging, and tone of voice considering regional and cultural nuances on a global scale.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software, and Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Successful background in creating and editing original User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns and assets tailored for Social Media, Video Streaming, and Search Engines.

• Comfortable presenting to international stakeholders—including UX and Localization leaders—and capable of articulating clear priorities and feedback based on team hierarchy.
