This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee high-priority strategic initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating closely with marketing, product, data, finance, and regional teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the marketing leadership, transforming strategic priorities into structured plans, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional program coordination for significant marketing initiatives (such as brand launches, agency transitions, martech integrations, and organizational changes), ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and accountability.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks within the marketing department, enhancing the function's planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
• Create senior-level materials, including board updates, strategy documents, and business reviews, synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
• Lead process and efficiency enhancements, encompassing budget management, planning cycles, and marketing operational rhythms.
• Tackle ambiguous or urgent challenges throughout the marketing function, quickly assimilating context and driving towards solutions.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization, acting as a liaison between marketing and other departments such as Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Extensive experience (typically 6-10+ years) in strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff, business/marketing operations, or general management roles, preferably with exposure to marketing or growth sectors.
• Demonstrated history of leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing materials for senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
• Proven ability to influence and foster alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities may change rapidly.
• Experience in fintech, payments, remittances, retail, or a rapidly growing consumer tech company is a significant advantage.
