Head of Shopmanagement, Party, Kostüme & Festival

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Optimization and further development of our online shop party.de – from the homepage to the landing page

• Conceptualization and implementation of seasonal adjustments as well as national peculiarities (e.g., theme placements, product restrictions)

• Ensuring optimal product presentation and appealing design of all theme and category pages

• Development and implementation of cross-selling and upselling strategies

• Technical maintenance and further development of all webshops, including URL structure and on-page search

• Responsibility for a smooth and straightforward ordering process

• Analysis and continuous improvement of relevant KPIs (conversion rate, bounce rate, dwell time, mobile & desktop performance)

• Leadership and ongoing development of the shop management team

• Independent prioritization and management of projects within the shop environment

• Close collaboration with the IT, marketing, and product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in shop management, ideally with leadership responsibility

• In-depth knowledge of UX/UI and e-commerce optimization

• Experience with Shopify and Shopware 5

• Experience in conceptualizing and implementing shop and content strategies

• Analytical thinking and KPI-driven work style

• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and organizational talent

• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for digital trends

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
