Head of SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that directly influence FTD, LTV, and GGR—not merely traffic.

• Construct and direct high-performing teams in Product SEO, Technical SEO, Brand Protection, and Search Visibility.

• Propel Product SEO initiatives through close collaboration with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Commercial teams.

• Take ownership of technical SEO excellence, focusing on SSR, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and architecture.

• Create and uphold Brand Protection strategies across both organic search and Google Ads.

• Spearhead innovation in organic acquisition, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and new search technologies.

• Oversee SEO budgets, planning, resource distribution, and executive reporting.

• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks that are meaningful and impactful.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical SEO experience.

• At least 3 years of experience leading SEO teams in the iGaming sector.

• Over 2 years concentrated on Product SEO.

• Familiarity with offshore iGaming environments.

• Demonstrated success in managing teams of 15 or more specialists.

• Strong business acumen, encompassing budgeting, planning, and performance management.

• Extensive technical SEO knowledge, including SSR, Schema Markup, Crawl Optimization, Website Architecture, and Core Web Vitals.

• A data-driven mindset with proficient use of SEO and BI tools.

• Experience with multiple brands and international markets.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: Experience with AI-driven search and AEO.

• Experience in establishing an SEO organization from the ground up.

• Expertise in brand protection within highly competitive search environments.

• Background in large-scale enterprise SEO.
