This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.
• Coordinate and enhance Security Business Partners across various business units.
• Establish shared responsibilities, working practices, and performance expectations.
• Evaluate performance against established KPIs, objectives, and delivery commitments.
• Transform the cybersecurity strategy into actionable roadmaps, targets, and delivery plans for each business unit.
• Oversee the security portfolio throughout the ecosystem, which includes strategic programs, remediation plans, KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs.
• Monitor delivery, address delays, and implement recovery plans when progress lags.
• Escalate significant risks, unmet commitments, and ambiguous ownership.
• Coordinate initiatives that involve multiple business units or central security teams.
• Align business demand with the priorities and capacity of central security functions.
• Communicate technical risks in terms of revenue, operations, customers, regulatory compliance, and market growth.
• Recognize recurring issues that should be addressed through shared capabilities, standardized processes, or secure-by-default solutions.
• Assist in the security integration of newly acquired and established business units.
• Management experience in cybersecurity within a complex technology organization.
• Experience in coordinating or functionally leading senior security professionals.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units or products in a matrix structure.
• Strong expertise in security planning, governance, and delivery management.
• A proven track record of translating security strategy into measurable outcomes for business units.
• Experience managing security KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, roadmaps, and remediation programs.
• Ability to influence executives, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability among owners.
• Strong skills in performance management and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to create structure and transparency when ownership is distributed.
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other highly regulated digital industries is advantageous.
• Experience with federated security models, M&A integration, or executive governance is also beneficial.
