📋 Description

• Take ownership of the revenue system from start to finish

• Achieve at least a 20% increase in revenue month-over-month

• Establish sales infrastructure and systems

• Mentor and support a high-performing team

• Anticipate and report on sales metrics

• Proven experience in scaling B2B or coaching sales teams

• Skilled in using HubSpot

• Knowledgeable about sales performance metrics

• Adaptable in a technology-driven environment

• Capable of coaching and nurturing a high-performing team
