This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Spearhead programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance and engagement.
• Develop and expand training, certification, and enablement programs that foster adoption and skill enhancement.
• Manage content and communication strategies to ensure effective execution.
• Implement processes and practices that boost accountability and the quality of execution.
• Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, partner experience, or distribution support.
• Proficient in creating programs that yield measurable results and promote adoption.
• Strategic, credible, and results-driven, with a proven ability to influence without relying on authority.
• Strong business insight and capability to align enablement initiatives with organizational performance.
• Proven experience in leading and nurturing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred qualification: Master’s degree.
