• Coach & Develop: Enhance the performance of an eight-member sales team through mentorship, individual meetings, and immediate deal support.
• Recruit & Build: Attract, hire, and retain exceptional Account Executive talent. Create a team that consistently meets and surpasses quotas.
• Drive Revenue: Take ownership of revenue targets. Provide accurate forecasts, stimulate pipeline growth, and successfully close business deals.
• Get in the Trenches: Participate in customer calls, attend regional events, support deal strategies, and assist in closing complex, technical transactions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• More than 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, demonstrating a successful history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to coach representatives towards achieving quotas and advancing their careers.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring and scaling high-performing sales teams.
• Proficient in navigating and closing complex deal cycles.
• Comfortable working with technical products and translating their value to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Residing in the Western United States and capable of supporting a distributed team.
• Bonus: Experience in the Quality Assurance industry.
• MUST reside in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.
• Base Salary ranging from $150K to $200K.
