Head of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and spearhead Coverflex’s commercial footprint in Germany.

• Transform the go-to-market strategy into consistent revenue streams.

• Assist in market entry and secure initial contracts.

• Create the local sales framework, from generating leads to closing deals.

• Influence how Coverflex positions itself and identifies customer challenges.

• Serve as the representative voice of the German market within the organization.

• Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling growth strategies in B2B or SaaS sectors.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.

• Strong analytical and data-driven skills, including forecasting, commission planning, and performance analysis.

• Robust sales capabilities backed by quantitative assessment, strategic planning, and critical thinking.

• A pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges.

• High integrity with clear and honest communication.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English and German (C2 level).
