This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the enterprise revenue target, manage a quota, spearhead strategic deals, and drive both new logo acquisition and revenue expansion within healthcare organizations.
• Build and expand the enterprise sales team through effective hiring, development, and coaching of enterprise account executives.
• Define and enhance the enterprise go-to-market strategy, incorporating ideal customer profile (ICP), outbound tactics, sales cycle design, competitive positioning, and deal structuring.
• Establish and maintain C-suite and executive relationships at targeted health-system accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to create a reliable pipeline engine and enhance forecast accuracy.
• Work alongside Product and Clinical teams to convert customer insights and market indicators into actionable roadmap input.
• Lead the strategy for complex enterprise opportunities involving multiple products and stakeholders, including proposals, procurement, legal and security evaluations, and deal closure.
• Provide updates to executive leadership regarding pipeline health, forecasts, win/loss evaluations, and market trends.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading an enterprise sales function in a high-growth health technology, digital health, or enterprise SaaS company.
• Proven history of closing 7-figure enterprise healthcare agreements.
• In-depth understanding of the purchasing processes of health systems, including decision-maker identification and intricate procurement cycles.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale an enterprise sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing account executives.
• Experience selling to C-suite clinical and administrative leaders within health systems, including relationships with CMOs, CFOs, CIOs, CNOs, and COOs.
• Strongly preferred background in AI, ambient documentation, revenue cycle management, or clinical workflow technology.
• Prior experience at an organization that underwent significant fundraising, acquisition, or IPO preparation is advantageous.
• Existing relationships with C-suite executives at major US health systems are a plus.
• Experience managing both direct and partnership-driven enterprise sales strategies simultaneously is beneficial.
• Familiarity with working alongside clinical implementation and customer success teams on complex post-sale delivery is desirable.
