This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee essential operational functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives; devise comprehensive strategies for these areas, foster alignment with key stakeholders, and guarantee effective and efficient execution.
• Act as a trusted collaborator with our GTM Leadership team, engaging closely with them to comprehend their business requirements and align the team's roadmap and deliverables to promptly fulfill those needs.
• Create, develop, and perpetually enhance the GTM reporting suite - aiming for clarity and simplicity that facilitate better and quicker decision-making for Leadership.
• Manage executive operating rhythms, encompassing forecast reviews, pipeline assessments, quarterly business evaluations, and strategic planning processes.
• Convert complex analytical results into straightforward narratives that inform business choices.
• Assist significant GTM projects and initiatives with thorough and insightful ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Lead the annual and ongoing GTM planning, which includes capacity planning, territory structuring, quota determination, compensation strategy, organizational design, and prioritization of investments.
• Direct executive and board-level reporting, ensuring uniform definitions, metrics, and business narratives throughout the organization.
• Proactively seek opportunities to automate and scale processes, particularly through the use of Agentic AI, enhance data quality, and facilitate improved self-service analytics and insights.
• Formulate a long-term strategy for the Reporting and Insights team, creating an ambitious roadmap and hiring plan to support growth.
• Collaborate closely with GTM Systems leadership to set priorities, governance, and execution plans across Salesforce, Clari, marketing and customer systems, as well as operational tools.
• Foster alignment across Sales, Marketing, Post Sales, and Finance to ensure operational consistency and achievement of company objectives.
• Offer mentorship and leadership to all team members, consistently prioritizing their development and career advancement.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related fields; at least 7 years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools.
• Established ability to influence executive leadership through data, operational rigor, and clear communication.
• Extensive experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, territory structuring, quota determination, and compensation management.
• A strong passion for crafting engaging narratives from complex data.
• Thorough understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance metrics in a SaaS/Subscription software context.
• Willing to undertake whatever is necessary to accomplish the task at hand - whether it involves deep spreadsheet analysis or presenting to our Board of Directors - no task is too trivial or “beyond your role.”
• Systems thinker - recognizes the broader implications of seemingly minor decisions, always considering long-term and secondary/tertiary impacts.
• Start-up work ethic - prepared to invest time and effort to help us excel in the market.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in written communication and presentation development.
