This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing Revenue Management team, taking direct responsibility for people management, while building upon a robust existing foundation.
• Ensure that the function is structured to scale in alignment with business growth and deliver on strategic objectives.
• Establish priorities for pricing-related tasks across Product, Data, and Analytics.
• Effectively allocate resources across markets and initiatives to maximize return on investment.
• Define and take ownership of the comprehensive revenue management strategy across all markets and channels.
• Optimize essential levers, including conversion rate, margin, and competitiveness, to foster sustainable growth.
• Set up guardrails, rules, and decision frameworks to maintain consistency and control in revenue-related decisions.
• Oversee revenue optimization decisions across B2C, B2B, and distribution partners (e.g., OTAs).
• Continuously assess and enhance performance through data analysis, experimentation, and market insights.
• Monitor and communicate revenue impacts, trade-offs, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure robust competitiveness through ongoing evaluation of market dynamics and demand trends.
• Serve as the sole authority on revenue management decisions across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to integrate cost inputs into revenue logic and decision-making processes.
• Align stakeholders on frameworks and priorities to guarantee scalable and commercially viable execution.
• Develop and evolve revenue management frameworks, models, and systems to facilitate scalable execution.
• Spearhead the creation of tools and data infrastructure for consistent and automated decision-making.
• Lead experimentation and ongoing enhancements of revenue optimization methodologies.
• Over 7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, marketplaces, or similar analytical/commercial roles.
• Proven history of owning and driving pricing or revenue performance at scale.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with a tangible impact on business outcomes.
• Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in pricing, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate data into clear, actionable decisions.
• In-depth understanding of key business levers, such as conversion, margin, and competitiveness.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization processes.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at various organizational levels.
• Comfortable utilizing BI tools, data environments, and experimentation frameworks.
• A high ownership mindset, strong execution discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
