This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the entire revenue funnel and its P&L, from customer acquisition to repeat payments, while being accountable for ROAS LT0/LT7/LT30 targets and blended payback.
• Formulate and implement the revenue growth strategy across paid traffic (mobile + web), product expansion, and monetization, managing channel mix, budget distribution, and scaling strategies.
• Generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization hypotheses alongside Product and Tech teams, facilitating the prioritization of Product Owner backlogs for growth initiatives.
• Direct A/B and multivariate testing across onboarding, activation, paywalls/coin packs, and pricing strategies.
• Manage unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS, payback) and the cohort LTV model, ensuring scalable and margin-conscious growth considering streamer revenue share.
• Collaborate with Payments and Risk teams to optimize payment conversion and approval rates, while also expanding margin-accretive web/direct billing options.
• Create revenue dashboards and establish a unified source of truth for performance metrics, ensuring consistent metric definitions and transparency across teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing for dating, social discovery, live-streaming, or IAP products, covering both mobile applications and web funnels.
• Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROMI, payback, contribution margin) — capable of building the model rather than just interpreting it.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition on mobile and web platforms, with significant advantages for experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic/DSP (e.g., Moloco).
• Robust experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau), cohort analysis, predictive LTV; working knowledge of mobile attribution/MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), web analytics, server-side tracking (GA4, Meta CAPI), web2app deep-linking, and incrementality testing.
• Experience in managing growth, marketing, or media-buying teams.
• Advanced user of Anthropic and OpenAI tools.
• Proficient in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.
• Experience in payments, payment product management, or close collaboration with PSP/acquiring teams.
