Head of Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent.

• Create and implement innovative recruitment processes to improve the candidate experience and enhance hiring efficiency.

• Supervise the recruitment team, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to determine hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and compile reports to inform strategic decisions.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to establish ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective recruitment strategies.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to analyze data and utilize metrics to promote continuous improvement.

• Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
