Head of Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Project Managers.

• Supervise the delivery of a substantial number of hardware and software capital equipment projects.

• Organize team projects and allocate resources to balance the workload effectively.

• Recognize and manage escalated risks while coordinating mitigation strategies across the cross-functional organization.

• Track operational trends and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.

• Promote a strong mindset focused on customer experience.

• Uphold and exemplify the company’s cultural values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

• Prior leadership or Project Manager experience, preferably within the MedTech sector.

• Strong business insight.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% for customer visits, training sessions, or in-person meetings.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-driven, team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Must fulfill applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
