This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of and deliver clear OKRs in collaboration with engineering and commercial leaders.
β’ View internal engineering teams as primary customers, influencing platform priorities based on their requirements and workflows.
β’ Define and manage the Platform product strategy and roadmap, balancing immediate delivery with long-term architecture considerations.
β’ Drive prioritization based on evidence, making decisive choices on what to enhance, replace, or phase out β including outlining the future of the Workflow Engine at the center of billing and payments.
β’ Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to synchronize delivery, manage technical debt, and facilitate platform evolution across related teams.
β’ Lead decisions regarding build versus buy versus partnership with sound technical and commercial judgment.
β’ Oversee ENSEKβs AI platform strategy, promoting safe and scalable adoption of agentic AI and productivity tools within product and engineering teams.
β’ Manage βAPI as a Product,β being responsible for the external developer experience, including documentation, consistency, tooling, SDKs, and API pricing and packaging.
β’ Supervise the comprehensive new customer onboarding platform, which includes configuration tools, environment provisioning, and automation to minimize onboarding time.
β’ Define and be accountable for platform quality outcomes (availability, reliability, security), including production KPIs.
β’ Proven experience as a product leader, preferably with a focus on platform, developer tooling, or infrastructure-adjacent product areas.
β’ Strong technical background β while you don't need to write production code, you should be comfortable engaging with engineering and understanding trade-offs.
β’ Demonstrated ability to make objective, data-driven decisions regarding product direction β including the readiness to challenge existing solutions and advocate for change.
β’ Significant people management experience, with a history of developing product managers and cultivating high-performing product teams.
β’ Track record of defining and delivering complex technical products that present clear value propositions for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels β setting long-term goals while being hands-on enough to remove obstacles for teams and sustain delivery momentum.
β’ Familiarity with P&Ls, budget creation and tracking, with the ability to formulate robust business cases.
β’ Ideally, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
