Head of Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, enhance, and confirm Coder’s messaging and positioning to articulate our role in enterprise AI transformations. Create clear, visual frameworks that convey intricate design choices and product architecture to technical decision-makers. Foster alignment and consistency across internal teams and customer interactions through ongoing iterations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Product to identify and implement emerging use cases for Coder at the forefront of agentic development.

• Expand the Product Marketing team while offering strategic insight on scaling thought leadership, developer relations, and enablement to develop cohesive marketing for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Execute a unified technical content strategy with Marketing, Product, and Customer Solutions that aligns product truth with customer needs and market opportunities, thereby enhancing Coder’s technical credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership/management position.

• Action-oriented; capable of executing independently in rapidly changing environments.

• Proficient in enterprise cloud-native technologies, fluent in the terminology of DevOps, platform, and AI infrastructure teams; understands which details are significant to each persona.

• Proven success as a Product Marketing leader, comfortable managing multiple projects, working independently, and collaborating across teams.

• Outstanding technical communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts into clear, memorable narratives for developers, security leaders, and executives.

• Confident in front of the camera; engaging and comfortable presenting live both internally and externally.

• Experience in leading messaging, content development, ideation, research, strategy, and planning, with actionable plans.

• Ability to mentor and build a team as we continue to expand.

• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
