This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of the product function, ensuring that all deliveries align with strategic objectives.
• Take ownership and enhance product management practices to promote scalability, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes to guarantee consistent delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to convert product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Work in close partnership with executive leadership to ensure product priorities align with broader business goals.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the product.
• Engage directly with key enterprise customers.
• Lead the alignment of products on critical client projects, ensuring that delivery meets both customer expectations and internal strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer, to synchronize product and technical delivery.
• Establish and scale top-tier product management processes and governance.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level, collaborating with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to lead product execution in distributed or remote teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
• Experience in establishing or scaling product management processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in driving data-informed decision-making.
• Practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or cybersecurity sectors is preferred.
