This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a cohesive value proposition.
• Determine the composition of the portfolio (invest/grow/maintain/change/sunset) to optimize market opportunities and business impact, while ensuring product synergy and competitive edge.
• Continuously assess market trends, competition, customer requirements, and stakeholder insights to inform product decisions and strategies.
• Identify and validate new product and business opportunities, which includes constructing business cases and managing new products prior to their transition to separate business lines.
• Oversee the product lifecycle (development, launch, evolution), balancing innovation with improvement efforts.
• Monitor and manage product performance (revenue, profitability, adoption, retention) and make necessary optimizations.
• Establish cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact, ROI, and strategic alignment, including a balance between core functionality and customer-driven features.
• Build and lead the product management function, establishing capabilities, standards, and best practices across the organization, while cultivating company-wide expertise related to product knowledge and application.
• Collaborate and actively engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition and retention, adoption, and overall portfolio growth.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically leading multi-product SaaS portfolios; experience in MarTech/Pharma or regulated domains is preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including successful product launches and scaling in international markets.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities: portfolio decisions (invest/grow/sunset), business cases, pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics.
• Extensive product management expertise (discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation) across the entire product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in balancing innovation versus optimization and core versus customer-driven development.
• Ability to build and scale product organizations, define standards, and mentor product managers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment in a multinational setting.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a data-driven, customer-centric, and outcome-oriented mindset.
