This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and clearly communicate a compelling product vision throughout Perci’s platform, ensuring it aligns with our clinical mission and business strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and oversee the product roadmap for Perci’s core product suite.
• Ensure that priorities effectively balance member experience, business objectives, and clinical needs.
• Transform strategic goals into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable results.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Product Managers and future product function hires.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, accountability, and member-centered design.
• Identify capability gaps and assist with hiring as Perci expands.
• Direct product discovery and user research initiatives involving members, clinicians, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Clinical Outcomes to ensure that product decisions are based on clinical evidence and safety requirements.
• Aggregate and manage user feedback, ensuring insights influence prioritization and future roadmap development.
• Oversee quarterly initiative planning and product operating rhythms.
• Propel high-quality product releases with agility and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in tandem with engineering teams to guarantee timely and effective delivery.
• Manage product KPIs regarding engagement, adoption, experience, and operational performance.
• Partner with the Head of Clinical Outcomes on clinical outcome measures and shared success metrics.
• Utilize data to steer prioritization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Regularly update the executive team and board on progress, outcomes, and roadmap developments.
• Serve as a vital link between clinical, operations, technology, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Outcomes to translate clinical models into scalable digital products and operational workflows.
• Contribute to shaping the future operating model for the Product organization as Perci grows.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up setting.
• Proven track record of building and launching user-facing digital products at scale, from discovery and definition to successful market integration.
• Experience leading the complete product lifecycle for digital products and service experiences, confidently managing software delivery alongside broader workflows and experiences, including operational processes, clinician workflows, and patient-facing journeys.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in hiring, developing, and retaining Product Managers, product designers, and user researchers in a rapidly growing environment.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication; comfortable presenting product strategy and outcomes to C-suite executives, clinicians, and external investors.
• Highly data-driven, with extensive knowledge of product analytics frameworks, KPI setting, and evidence-based prioritization methodologies (e.g., RICE, ICE, OKRs).
• Experience working within a regulated environment, with an understanding of clinical governance and patient safety considerations.
• Experience in defining and designing an emerging product in a new category, with a proven ability to navigate uncertainty and create a compelling product direction where no established framework exists.
• Previous experience in a Series A–C company, with a successful history of scaling product teams and platforms through periods of rapid growth and increasing organizational complexity.
• Familiarity with B2B2C business models and experience in building products that cater to both professional (clinician/payer) and consumer (patient) audiences simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for enhancing outcomes for individuals affected by cancer, alongside a belief in the transformative power of digital innovation in healthcare.
