đź“‹ Description

• Take ownership of product revenue results—focusing on acquiring new revenue and retaining clients through effective product value delivery.

• Set and strive for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets associated with product launches, feature adoption, and upsell possibilities within the MSP client segment.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure product positioning, packaging, and pricing align with revenue objectives.

• Discover growth opportunities within the current client base by enhancing product adoption and introducing complementary features.

• Define and manage the product roadmap across all product categories: BI Dashboards, Micro Training Bots, Next Ticket, Integrations, Featured Apps, and AI-driven applications.

• Balance immediate commercial needs (active products, alpha launches) with long-term strategic initiatives (future AI projects).

• Make informed prioritization decisions across a diverse portfolio—production support, ongoing launches, and upcoming development—ensuring focus on the most impactful tasks.

• Design and implement a scalable product development and implementation procedure, from discovery and scoping through Quality Assurance, release, and post-launch evaluations.

• Establish frameworks for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions, alpha/beta launch management, client feedback loops, and iteration cycles.

• Ensure the product team functions with clarity, speed, and consistency throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a product team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, setting clear expectations, priorities, and performance benchmarks.

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, customer focus, and data-informed decision-making within the product organization.

• Serve as a liaison among Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing.

• Drive the development, alpha launch, and scaling of AI-powered products, such as ticket triage, ticket quality assurance, and sentiment analysis.

• Support ongoing AI projects and future AI initiatives, ensuring they are developed with specific use cases, success metrics, and a clear path to revenue.

• Keep up-to-date with AI/ML trends, Generative AI capabilities, and the competitive landscape to guide product direction.

• Engage directly with MSP clients to validate product value, collect requirements, and maintain feedback loops.

• Ensure all products—particularly new AI launches—provide measurable, demonstrable value that supports adoption and renewal.

• Oversee the creation of documentation, onboarding resources, and training support to facilitate client success at scale.

• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each product line linked to revenue, adoption, retention, and client satisfaction.

• Regularly report on product performance to the CEO, providing clear insights, risks, and recommendations.

• Utilize data to inform prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs with assurance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior product management role.

• Proven success in bringing AI/ML or Generative AI-powered products from concept to launch and achieving commercial scale.

• A strong history of contributing to revenue growth through products—whether through new launches, upselling, or retention strategies.

• Must have successfully launched at least one AI product into production or commercial use.

• Experience in building or significantly enhancing product development processes in a scaling environment.

• Strong technical knowledge—comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams across the US, China, and the Philippines.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio—balancing live products, active launches, and future planning concurrently.

• Experience in agile environments with multiple competing priorities.
