📋 Description

• Take full ownership of product and design from inception to completion.

• Lead a senior team comprising two Product Managers and a design lead.

• Define product strategy and make critical prioritization choices regarding development.

• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery at an increasingly rapid pace.

• Integrate AI into the product and team workflows.

• Mentor the product and design team, enhance skill levels, and develop team capabilities.

• Establish decision-making rights in collaboration with the founding team.

• Maintain clear communication regarding product release timelines and market strategies.

• Stay connected with customers and utilize their feedback to inform decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineering on issues related to technical debt, delivery speed, and implementation strategies.

• Review the codebase, develop tools, and implement minor fixes as necessary.

• Question founder assumptions, offer recommendations, and commit to decisions made.

• Lead product management at a growth-stage software company.

• Proven experience as a hands-on Head of Product.

• Background in managing product and design processes from start to finish.

• Experience leading product initiatives at a growth-stage software company.

• Familiarity with customer research, data, or developer-tools is advantageous.

• An AI-native mindset for thinking, building, and operating.

• Ability to leverage AI effectively while recognizing potential noise or risks.

• Strong skills in product prioritization and decision-making.

• Customer-oriented approach with a systematic method for evaluating customer feedback.

• Technical proficiency: ability to read code, develop tools, implement small fixes, and assess the balance between technical debt and velocity.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on alternative methods.

• Proficient written communication skills across different time zones.

• Ability to challenge and collaborate with founders.

• Must provide insights on how you currently utilize AI tools, the specific tools you've used, and how they have impacted your workflow.
