Head of Product and Solutions Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and expand a high-performing team of skilled product and segment marketers by setting strategic direction and spearheading overall initiatives.

• Develop and convey clear, engaging narratives that highlight both platform-level and product-line positioning.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and GTM teams to execute impactful launches that create strong market momentum and encourage product adoption in both new and established markets and verticals.

• Work across the marketing team to design high-impact campaigns for global prospects and clients that utilize product marketing content while enhancing product narratives and adoption.

• Equip our sales team with the necessary insights, positioning, and materials to generate leads and secure deals, including playbooks, competitive intelligence, and buyer persona insights, in close collaboration with our sales enablement team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product marketing leadership experience within fast-growing B2B SaaS companies; experience in financial services or marketing to financial services firms is a plus.

• Proven experience in establishing product marketing as a key function and implementing best practices and processes.

• Strong proficiency in positioning, messaging, and developing value propositions, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear and compelling client narratives; familiarity with value-based selling frameworks is an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in owning comprehensive go-to-market strategies for complex purchasing processes.

• A passion for creating compelling content and thought leadership to enhance sales efforts, client management, and brand recognition.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, GTM, and executive teams.
