Head of Precision Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with biopharma companies.

• Lead comprehensive commercial engagements and manage intricate negotiations to secure high-value biopharma agreements.

• Evaluate the biopharma landscape, clinical trials, and drug pipelines to pinpoint high-potential oncology assets.

• Clearly articulate strong use cases for how Ibex's AI enhances biomarker development and patient stratification.

• Develop strong relationships with biopharma executives to capture the Voice of Customer (VOC).

• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Clinical teams to provide guidance on market needs.

• Represent Ibex at significant industry conferences to boost company visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or advanced degree in Life Sciences or an MBA is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in senior business development with a proven record of closing complex agreements in biopharma, precision medicine, diagnostics, or companion diagnostics (CDx).

• In-depth knowledge of the biopharma landscape, regulatory environments, and market trends.

• Practical experience in oncology biomarkers is highly desirable.

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
