This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Build, guide, and nurture a highly competent and efficient technical team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
β’ Take charge of sales initiatives by collaborating with existing clients on new projects and exploring opportunities with prospective clients.
β’ Actively manage and cultivate relationships with U.S. clients to enhance revenue streams.
β’ Supervise the technical, financial, and operational performance of the team to guarantee consistent results delivery.
β’ Offer technical coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for junior staff members.
β’ Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure new project opportunities.
β’ Manage and support a team of engineers in executing projects of varying complexity and risk levels.
β’ Provide specialized training courses to clients to improve their understanding of power system studies.
β’ A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
β’ A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in power system modeling and studies.
β’ Proven track record in engaging clients and driving business growth.
β’ Demonstrated experience leading project teams to successfully deliver complex power system study projects for both national and international clients.
β’ Familiarity with ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and system planning study procedures.
β’ Advanced knowledge in areas such as contingency analysis, voltage stability, small signal stability, transient stability, and control system tuning in both frequency and time domains.
β’ Proficient in power system modeling techniques and algorithms, with experience in generator and renewable model development or validation (RMS & EMT) based on field testing.
β’ Expertise in simulation and analysis tools including DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD.
β’ Experience conducting NERC and regional utility reliability compliance studies.
