This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the analytical framework for our direct-to-consumer automotive sales division.
• Create the infrastructure, frameworks, and tools that empower our sales organization.
• Guarantee smooth alignment during the transition from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
• Track and report on conversion rates at every stage of the funnel, pinpointing drop-off areas and proactively suggesting measures to enhance throughput and velocity.
• Spearhead the strategy and development of sales CRM tools to assist the sales team in managing, tracking, and engaging customers throughout their active purchasing journey.
• Establish and manage sales planning models that project funnel size, lead volume, and pipeline capacity across Consumer and Fleet channels.
• Design and present a range of executive-level dashboards that offer a clear, real-time overview of sales funnel performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or sales planning.
• Demonstrated success in creating analytics frameworks, CRM infrastructure, or sales intelligence functions from the ground up.
• Extensive expertise in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce and HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker).
• Strong grasp of the entire customer sales funnel, encompassing lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and conversion optimization.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics, IT, and Digital teams to establish shared data infrastructure.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets), with the ability to handle large datasets comfortably.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of converting complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
• A self-motivated individual with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and succeed in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Experience in the automotive sector, direct-to-consumer retail, or subscription-based sales models is a plus.
• Familiarity with fleet sales operations and the specific analytics needs of B2B within B2C sales structures.
• Experience in building or managing a small analytics team.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and experience collaborating with IT on data pipeline architecture.
