This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Paid Acquisition process from start to finish: Manage the entire paid acquisition framework across various channels (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, etc.).

• Develop Two-Sided, Marketplace-Aware Allocation: Create allocation strategies that enhance marketplace performance.

• Operate Both Commercial Models Simultaneously: Maintain the health of the pay-per-lead system while reevaluating acquisition methods for subscription models.

• Execute Creative at Scale for Performance: Oversee the creative testing mechanism and operationalize the AI-driven creative workflow.

• Integrate AI into the Function: Collaborate with the Marketing AI & Automation Engineer to implement autonomous workflows.

• Lead and Expand the Team: Take charge of and nurture the complete Performance team across various channels and positions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of leading teams (4+ members).

• Background in the services marketplace: Experience managing multi-million dollar paid budgets within a two-sided services marketplace.

• Experience with pay-per-lead and subscription models: Proven experience operating a pay-per-lead marketplace at scale.

• Significant experience with Google and Meta platforms.

• Strong perspectives on Advantage+ / PMax, AI creative frameworks, and agentic bidding strategies.

• Well-informed views on measurement techniques, incrementality, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).

• Familiarity with Tableau, GA4, and contemporary measurement methodologies.

• Proficiency with the Google Ads and Meta APIs is an advantage.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with teammates in the UK, India, and Spain.
