📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete HR function on a global scale, encompassing Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.

• Lead and facilitate essential hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate positions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency in hiring practices across various regions.

• Collaborate closely with founders and senior executives on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• Develop and implement performance management, feedback, and development frameworks that are straightforward, practical, and actively utilized by managers.

• Initiate employee engagement programs that enhance alignment, retention, and execution while minimizing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Serve as a proactive HR Business Partner for senior leaders and managers, assisting with daily personnel decisions, performance challenges, and organizational transformations.

• Oversee global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment structures, ensuring precision, equity, and compliance across all regions.

• Manage HR compliance, employment contracts, policies, and statutory obligations across various jurisdictions, collaborating with external advisors or Employers of Record (EORs) when necessary.

• Design and refine HR processes and systems that scale alongside the business without hindering its pace.

• Build, mentor, and lead the HR team over time, fostering a strong culture of ownership and execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end HR functions in a rapidly growing international organization.

• Strong practical expertise with the capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries, including a blend of local entities, remote employees, and third-party employment arrangements.

• Comprehensive knowledge in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

• Sound judgment and business acumen, with the ability to make practical decisions in uncertain situations.

• Strong ownership mentality - willing to take initiative and address problems directly.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with founders and senior leaders in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
